At the core of our consultancy lies the delivery of practical solutions to support strategic and operational decision-making processes. Beyond traditional outputs like client workshops and presentations, our solutions include digital tools for process monitoring, as well as models and simulations of new processes under development. Our primary goal is to contribute to enhancing civil aviation security while simultaneously optimizing the airport experience for both passengers and staff.
Your role
This role involves short-term and long-term consulting assignments with international clients, primarily airports, to develop, design, assess, improve, and optimize their aviation security assets and processes. Below are some key focus areas, when becoming our new Aviation Security Consultant:
Lead security innovation projects – Manage projects that introduce new screening
technologies and optimized security concepts at airports.Client advisory and consulting – Guide international clients through security screening transitions, from equipment procurement to operational rollout.
Process optimization and design – Develop and implement data-driven solutions for checkpoint performance, capacity planning, and passenger flow.
Stakeholder management – Collaborate with airports, government bodies, and OEMs to align security strategies with evolving industry standards.
Technology trials and pilots – Oversee security technology pilots, from testing new CT scanners to evaluating AI-based security analytics.
Simulation and modelling – Use fast-time simulation and digital tools
to assess the impact of security design changes before implementation.
Regulatory and compliance support – Ensure alignment with aviation security regulations (ECAC, TSA, ICAO) while optimizing processes.
Your profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aviation, Security, Business, or Engineering.
• 2-5 years of experience in aviation security consulting, project management, or operational security.
• Strong project management skills (Prince2, PMP, Agile is a plus).
• Affinity with airport/security technology and innovation, including screening equipment (CT, ATRS, Security Scanners).
• Data-driven mindset – experience with Power BI, Excel, or simulation tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills – ability to convey complex security concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Dutch-speaking, with professional fluency in English.
• Based in the Netherlands (Schiphol region) or willing to relocate.
